Boat Party Dubai is a private yacht charter company operating in Dubai Harbour, United Arab Emirates. We organise and manage private yacht events including birthday parties, bachelorette cruises, proposals, and corporate gatherings.

What Data We Collect

When you make a booking or enquiry, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (used for WhatsApp confirmations)
• Event details — date, guest count, event type, preferences
• Payment information — processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.

How We Use Your Data

• To confirm and manage your booking
• To send booking confirmations and event details via WhatsApp and email
• To process payments securely through Stripe
• To respond to your enquiries

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

Third Parties

We share data only with the following service providers:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by us.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, receipts).
• WhatsApp Business — booking confirmations and customer communication.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

Data Retention

Booking records, including your name, contact details, and event information, are retained for 2 years from the date of the event. After this period, your data is permanently deleted.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
