Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received and processed. Until payment is confirmed, your chosen date and yacht remain unguaranteed and may be offered to other clients.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event, before boarding.
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:

| 3–6 days before the event | 50% deposit refund |
| Less than 72 hours before the event | No refund |
Cancellation by Us
If Boat Party Dubai cancels your booking due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other operational reasons, you will receive either a full refund of all payments made or a free reschedule to a date of your choice, at your preference.
Guest Conduct
We expect all guests to behave responsibly and in compliance with UAE law throughout the duration of the charter. Boat Party Dubai reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately, without refund, if any guest engages in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behaviour that poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of others on board.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
