How to reach us
Two channels, both read by the same Dubai planning team: WhatsApp and email. WhatsApp is the faster of the two — a message sent inside our hours gets a reply within 2 hours. By email we answer inside the same hours, without the two-hour promise.
Whatever the channel, everything we agree is confirmed in writing: availability, the yacht, the date, the hours and the figure. Nothing is booked in passing.
When we are available
09:00 – 22:00, Dubai time (GST, UTC+4), seven days a week. A message that arrives after 22:00 is answered the next morning. Charters themselves start between 09:00 and 20:00 and are back alongside by 23:00.
What to include in your first message
Four things get you a real answer instead of a question back: the date, the number of guests, roughly how many hours, and what the occasion is. If you already have a yacht in mind from the fleet, name it.
If you would rather not write any of that out, the planner does it for you: pick the event, the group size, the date and any extras, and it sends the whole thing with an estimated price attached.
Prices, quotes and invoices
Prices on this site are estimates until we confirm them in writing. A written confirmation carries the final figure, the yacht, the date and the hours — that is the document to attach to a purchase order. Invoices are issued by Prestige Voyage Tourism L.L.C; no VAT is shown, as the company is not VAT-registered.
A 50% deposit secures a confirmed date and the balance is due 48 hours before departure. A card payment link carries a 5% processing fee; a bank transfer costs nothing from our side. No payment is taken on this website.
The company behind the brand
Boat Party Dubai is a brand operated by Prestige Voyage Tourism L.L.C, an inbound and outbound tour operator licensed by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism under licence 1573075. The licence can be checked in the public DET register.
Registered office: Office 03, Al Khabeesi, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. That is where the company is registered, not where charters leave from — departures are from the Dubai Marina / Dubai Harbour area, and the exact meeting point is confirmed with your booking.

Every guest needs a valid Emirates ID or an original passport — copies are not accepted. No shoes on board.
Press, partnerships and complaints
Same email, and it reaches the same team. For a complaint, include the request reference from your confirmation (it looks like BPD-XXXXXX) so we can pull the booking up straight away. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and reply in writing, as our terms commit us to.
