By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from our team.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

Boat Party Dubai is not liable for cancellations due to extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
